Dr. Tyler Sherman was born and raised in Bakersfield, California, and moved to Cedar City, Utah during middle school. After graduating high school, he served a two-year mission for his church in Guatemala, an experience that strengthened his commitment to service and community.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology, with minors in Chemistry and Spanish, from Southern Utah University in 2007. He then attended A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri, where he received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 2011. Dr. Sherman and his wife have been high school sweethearts and married in 2003. Together, they began the medical school journey in 2007 and welcomed five children along the way. After discovering Wenatchee through an online search, they were drawn to its small-town charm paired with endless outdoor adventure. The Sherman family has proudly called the valley home since 2014 and plans to make it their forever home.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Sherman enjoys staying active in the gym, woodworking, wake surfing, climbing, and traveling with his family. He is passionate about helping patients live strong, active lives — both in and out of the clinic.

Abigail Ross,
PA-C

Abigail (Abby) Ross grew up in a small town in southwest WA where she graduated high school with her Associate’s Degree. She moved to San Diego, CA to attend Point Loma Nazarene University, completing her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology. During this time, she spent three summers working for the US Forest Service as a wildland firefighter in Leavenworth, learning how to push herself physically while thoroughly enjoying the area and community of the valley. Although knowing she’d continue pursuing a career in the medical field, she took a gap year to work with a medical nonprofit in China that helped underserved children receive medical treatment & post-op care. This was a difficult but immensely enriching experience that she greatly treasures.

Abigail then attended PA school outside of Atlanta, GA at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine - GA campus, graduating in 2020. After PA school, Abigail moved to Oklahoma to live near family and start her career working in Women’s Health where she became especially acquainted with treating PCOS (now PMOS), doing hormone replacement therapy, and discovering the need for treating the root cause of disease, especially with lifestyle factors. She met her now-husband, David, in OK while he was attending Optometry School.

Abigail and her husband were thrilled to move to the area in 2024, where Abigail has worked in Urgent Care. She is excited to return to focus on Women’s Health and working in a clinic that emphasizes in being proactive for whole-body health.

Abigail & her husband are foster parents, currently trying to keep up with two little ones. You can find Abigail in her spare time trail running, camping, skiing, finding the best coffee shop, or sneaking in a workout.
